Returns
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization # from BusinessFurnitureDirect.com. For a return request, please call the customer service department at 1-800-669-7766 within 30 business days of the original shipment date. Please inform the customer service representative with your order number, the model # of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. If the product shipped is the product ordered we may request a restocking fee of up to 50%. However, custom products and some special ordered products are not returnable. All returns will be shipped back at the customer's expense and the products in their original condition/boxes, unless otherwise agreed upon.
